Leak Fixed....PTL

The plumber just left and it is fixed.  He had to tear a board off the wall and saw some of the old pipes out because they had rusted out and had several small holes and one about the size of a half dollar. I've been working  pretty hard moving everything so he could get to the wall. (It was in the basement) But the good thing about this my son took most of the things to his storage building.  It seems so good!  It took the plumber about one hour to complete the job, but I have to clean up the mess.  I figured it would be one hundred and fifty dollars, but it was only one hundred and five dollars....I hope I never have any more leaks, but that won't happen.  I'm thankful I have none at the moment.  Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day.  March came in like a lamb, so you know what that means!!!!!

I'm so glad you got it fixed. I never realized how much I depended on my husband to take care of things like that until he was gone.

My husband never left a mess when he finished a job...but I know you're glad to have it done even if you did have to clean up the mess.

I always depended on Bob to do those things too. That's something he used to always be able to do.

I'm so glad your leak is fixed, and also glad that it was not as expensive as you thought it would be.
Here on the coast of North Carolina March came in like a lion today, very windy and quite cool. We had some warm days last week, but now tonight the weatherman is predicting a freeze & frost. Cannot wait until spring!

I'm glad you got it fixed, Clara, for a relatively reasonable price. I know that must be a great relief to you.

So glad you got your leak fixed and it cost less than you thought. I hope that old saying about the lion and the lamb is not true because I am so ready for some warm weather. Your quilt is going to be just the cutest thing ever.
