Another Birthday Gift.....

Bill bought me this hanging basket of wave petunias. I adore them. Does anyone know why you cannot buy wave petunia seed? I have looked everywhere. Maybe I need to go to a seed catalog. Any ideas?

I didn't ever think about getting seeds - now I'm thinking!

Just beautiful.

I have a pot that has a variety of them. This is the third year that they've come back without my help. They go to seed, then they get to looking very scraggly and dead. I pull out the old, set the pot down by the shed all winter, then in spring I get new petunias all over again!

How is Bill doing now? The two of you are often in my thoughts and prayers.

love, teresa

Those flowers are gorgeous!

I hope you had a wonderful 72nd birthday!!!

Your little fish pond looks great, and you will have hours of relaxation there. I'm so glad you got some coi for the pond.

You are a real cutie, Clara!

I love your flowers Clara. They are so pretty. Like the new header, too. I did not know they go to seed and come back. I have not seen any seeds anywhere. Great info. here.

Clara,
I was intrigued by your search for wave petunia seeds, so I did an online search and found several places. One of them was WWW.wave-rave.com

I went to that site and it looked really good. Hope that helps.
Love,
Ruby

Those are gorgeous flowers, Clara. I have regular petunias in my porch railing flower boxes and they reseed and come back, although it's always hard to wait that extra time for them to bloom!

Leedra steered me to Lowe's for the wave seed and there they were! $2.47 for a packet of 15 seeds. I bought three packs. I came home and put them right in the dirt. I'll have "late bloomers."
