A TRIP TO LISA AND DONALDO'S FARM.....

I took the boys home Sunday and here are some pictures made while I was there. My son-in-law was cutting wood and it was so pretty in the woods. I wanted to stay for a long time, but Bill was getting tired and couldn't wait to get back home. Lisa cooked a big pot of beef stew...made from a cow they had butchered. Look for the puppies below. I fell in love with them.
Donaldo headed for the woods.

Moss on a log....

Oh Clara, I enjoyed the farm pictures so much and seeing your grandsons and how much they have grown. What a great place they live on. The puppies are just the cutest little things. I can see why you fell in love with them and you look just wonderful. I know you had so much fun at their place.

Sounds like such a wonderful family day, Clara. And that beef stew sounds perfect for a cool autumn day. Seeing the pictures of y'all cutting wood makes me miss the big wood stove we had at our old house. We hardly ever used the furnace--the woodstove kept us cozy and warm.

I haven't visited you in awhile, but I'm glad I returned in time to see the so familiar farm scenes. I do enjoy your blog and will return soon.

Keep up the good work.

Dear Clara,
Oh, My! I feel as though I know you personally...I enjoy your pictures so very much. Thanks for the beautiful pictures of your daugher's farm and grandsons, and the darling puppies.
Nothing like autumn in the country.
Love,
Ruby (aka Grammy)

The puppies are just darling. They look so huggable!!!
I remember a lot of woodcutting times around here. I had wood heat for several years and it kept me warmer than the natural gas I have now. But at least this way is easier.
I love your music. I have been looking for an instrumental of that song for a DVD I plan to make. Can you tell me who plays it?

Hi again Clara and thanks for the info. I found the Song in your playlist. It's the first one that plays when I open your blog. "Memories" by Richard Clayderman. I plan to make some DVD's for my kids with pictures of them from birth to now and want to have songs that pertain to the time periods.
Thanks
