GRANNY TO THE RESCUE!!!!!!

Lisa called me Thursday morning and told me Lucas (the youngest grandson) was sick. She couldn't stay at home that day because the superintendent was coming to the school and the teachers had to be there. I left home at 8:00 AM and was there at 9:45. He has the stomach virus that is rampaging. Bless his heart, he was so sick, but I think he felt better the moment I arrived. I stayed the night with them and came home this morning. Now Ryan has the same bug. If I could be in two places at one time, I would be there with them tonight. I know one thing....my heart is with them!

Thank goodness you were able to help. That nasty bug is visiting my great grandkids too. I pray I don't have to entertain it!

Hi Clara,
Sorry about the sickness in your family. What would they do without Grandmothers?

When you have time come over to my blog and pick up an award I have for you!
Merry Christmas!

That is sure a unwanted bug for this time of the year. Hope it goes away soon.

Hi Clara, I sure hope your grandchildren get better soon. I had Thomas Wyatt all weekend. He started day care about two weeks ago and has a cold all the time now. I kept him all weekend and he ran me ragged but I loved every minute of it. I would never have believed how wonderful being a grandparent is until he was born!

So sorry your grandsons were sick, Clara. I hope they both feel better soon. Those stomach bugs can be just awful, but thankfully, usually don't last long.

Dear Clara,
What a great thing to be able to be close to your grandchildren, and great grands! Mine all live so very far away. I know that stomach virus is a bad one. Thank God that we have escaped it so far. It would probably finish Gramps off.
Just today getting back to visit your blog. Wonderful Santa Purse!
Love,
Ruby (aka Grammy)

Poor Lucas and Ryan! I'm sure they love it when you are there. Mommas are great, but grandmas are WONDERFUL!!!
I hope they recover quickly.
I'm sure your loving care really helped.
