Afghan....Sunrise, Sunset.....

Here's a picture of the afghan I just finished. It is called Sunrise, Sunset. I imagine the light squares are the Sunrise and the dark squares are the Sunset. I worked the last two rows in the lobby of the hospital while Bill was having his cath. It drew a lot of attention. I told one elderly lady that I was on my last round and she said "Honey, I am too". That made me smile!

Thanks Carolyn, Maybe after Christmas we can get back in the groove and use up some of our stash! I wouldn't care to make another Sunrise, Sunset.

Clara, that is so pretty! I laughed at what the lady said about being on her last round!

I laughed too Dot, cause I sorta feel that way right now. And Clara the afghan is just down right beautiful! I wish I knew how to do that and be able to sit still long enough to do it. And I also love the name, Sunset and Sunrise.
May you have a blessed evening and you and Bill get some rest tonight.
Take good care my friend.

Clara, thankyou for all your sweet comments on my blog, welcome to my world! Lovely moobear for sending you my way! This quilt is beautiful, we are such a blanket/ quilt family, everyone of us love to snuggle with a quilt or blanket and watch a good movie. One day, when these little people let me sit more than 3 and a half minutes at a time I am going to make beautiful things like this. Helen.
