This quilt is called Lemoyne Star.....The barn is located in Trade, TN. which is about 12 0r 15 miles east of Mountain City. I love this pattern. It makes me want to make a quilt!

Clara I have never heard of these barns!! How neat. I wonder what woman was able to get a aman to paint that tho... or did a woman paint it? How pretty!
Ok Clara after scrolling down & catching up...I see the rest of the story on the barns. What a nice thing for this group to do. I still wonder who is doing the painting tho. I'm glad you posted these!
Tina, a lot of the barns are painted by art students from the local high schools.
