I spent the last five days with Lisa and I made two kinds of Feta Cheese.....   regular and a spreadable one with dill.   Lisa has a new baby goat on her farm.  She sold all of her goats about five years ago and I think she missed their company.   So she has a Nanny and it kidded about a month ago.  The cheese is wonderful.  Here is  the process in three pictures.
Cooking on the stove......
Draining overnight...... and then the finished product!     I didn't make a picture of the spreadable.

Well, Clara, I can't believe that you two made cheese. I've never known anyone who made their own cheese so I am very impressed!!!
