My Weekend ....
It has been beautiful here in East Tennessee this week-end. It has also been busy in my neck of the woods. It was Friday morning and I knew my daughter had to go to Cleveland TN, to give a presentation on Saturday. She was to leave after her teaching job was over on Friday afternoon. Well, Friday morning she called me and said that her youngest (Lucas) was sick. I told her I would be there to stay with him until she returned on Saturday. On my way there I called Lucas to tell him I was on my way. His answer was, "Granny, I feel better already". He WAS running a fever when I got there but I doctored him and in no time he was "up and running". Anyway, we had two good days together, and he is fine now! Today on Sunday we went to Weaverville NC to visit Bill's sister. The mountains between Bristol and Ashville are starting to turn colors . It was a pleasant drive and a nice visit. Now I hope I can sleep better than I did last night. We shall see......very soon!!!!

Clara,
I'm glad to hear Lucas is feeling better after some time with you. I bet you spoilt him well.

Great that Gramma was able to pitch in and make Lucas feel better, nothing quite like Gramma's love and attention to help out a youngster.
Oh, by the way, did you remember those patterns? =-)
First of all, I am glad that Lucas is feeling better!
Last but not least, thank you so much for your congratulations and nice words on my blog anniversary!
I always love your visiting!
Have a nice week!
