This is growing on my fence in the back yard. I thought it wasn't going to live because a tree fell across it during a bad wind storm. I saw one growing in a lady's yard and I stopped and ask her the name and she dug a piece for me. She told me the name, but now I have forgotten. Do any of you know?

Hi Clara, I have no idea what it is but it sure is pretty. I just love flowers but can't get many to grow with all the shade in my yard. I have a clematis that has never bloomed! I hope you find out what it is. I will check back to see if anyone knows.
It's very pretty, Clara. I wish I knew more about flowers but I have no idea what type it is. Does it smell as nice as it looks?

Dear Clara,
Sorry, I don't know what it is, but it surely is pretty, and it almost has to smell good, too. While we were gone, our friends, Mark and Allie took care of our flowers for us. We finally got rain that was falling as we made our way back into TN.
Thanks for all your comments on my blog!
Don't you love the little bet of cooler weather and more rain we are having ? It makes the flowers jump back out. My roses are looking better now. Did you get picture when your grandson was visiting?

Clara, I'm afraid I don't know what it is either, but I do know it is lovely! I'll have to try and grow some clematis up my porch lattice next year--my morning glories are eating my house alive! :-)
It sure is pretty. I'm glad it survived the tree incident.
I guess it thrived in spite of adversity.
:-)
Hi, Clara, as all have said, "It sure is pretty, but I don't know what it is either."
It's beautiful Clara! I have one but it's not near that big and it only gets about 5-6 blooms, but they are beautiful.
Clara you have been taged for a award. I love your comments, please come see.
Patsy
