I spent the last five days with Lisa and I made two kinds of Feta Cheese..... regular and a spreadable one with dill. Lisa has a new baby goat on her farm. She sold all of her goats about five years ago and I think she missed their company. So she has a Nanny and it kidded about a month ago. The cheese is wonderful. Well, Clara, I can't believe that you two made cheese. I've never known anyone who made their own cheese so I am very impressed!!!
