A group of 40 year old girlfirends discussed where they should meet for dinner.  Finally it was agreed upon that they should meet at the Ocean View Restaurant because the waiters there had tight pants and nice buns....

10 years later at 50 years of age, the group once again discussed where they should meet for dinner.  Finally it was agreed that they should meet at the Ocean View Restaurant because the food there was very good and the wine selection was good also.

10 years later at 60 years of age, the group once again discussed where they should meet for dinner.  Finally it was agreed that they should meet at the Ocean View Restaurant because they could eat there in peace and quiet and the restaurant had a beautiful view of the ocean.

10 years later, at age 70, the group once again discussed where they should meet for dinner.  Finally it was agreed that they should meet at the Ocean View Restaurant because the restaurant was wheel chair accessible and they even had an elevator.

10 years later, at 80 years of age, the group once again discussed where they should meet for dinner.  Finally it was agreed that they should meet at the Ocean View Restaurant because they had never been there before.

IT'S MY DAY!!!!!

 My Horoscope today!    The person born on this day is a true spirit.  They are accepting of their surroundings and honest to a fault.  The ruling planet is Venus.  This gives this person a sense of partnership and the desire to be tutorial.  They are usually interested in the unexplained.  As a mate, the May 4th person holds love and relationships in high regard.  The mate of this person should beware of over extending their mate.  (Sounds pretty much like me)

WALL ART....

Have you seen this wall art you can get now?  It is vinyl lettering and appears to be hand painted and is easy to apply and easy to remove with no mess.   You can get them for the kitchen, bathroom, baby, little/ teen girl room, and little/teen boy and laundry room.  I placed this one over Bill's bed in our bedroom.

On the Lighter Side.....

The Talking Centipede....

A single guy decided life would be much more fun if he had a pet.  So he went to the pet store and told the owner that he wanted to buy an unusual pet.  After some discussion, he finally bought a talking centipede, (100-legged bug), which came in a little white box to use for his house.  He took the box back home, found a good spot for the box, and decided he would start off by taking his new pet to church with him.  So he asked the centipede in the box,  "Would you like to go to church with me today?  We will have a good time."  But, there was no answer from his new pet.  This bothered him a bit, but he waited a few minutes and then asked again,  "How about going to church with me and receive blessings?"  But again, there was no answer from his new friend and pet.  So he waited a few more minutes, thinking about the situation.  The guy decided to invite the centipede one last time.  This time he put his face up against the centipede's house and shouted,  "Hey in there!  Would you like to go to church with me and learn about God?"  This time, a little voice came out of the box,  "I heard you the first time!  I'm putting on my shoes."

I"M BACK FROM FLORDIA......

and all is well.  I will post pictures soon!   Bill did fine in respite, but not so well after he came home and Gary had to take care of him for two days. 

FLORDIA......HERE I COME!!!!!!!!

COME SUNDAY, THE 28TH, I'm going to Fl with Lisa and her family.  Today is Sat aND I'M ALREADY AT LISA'S.   We are going to St. Augustine.  Bill is in the Hospice HOUSE FOR A FIVE DAY RESPITE.   He is doing fine there so far.  I think the change of scenery will be good for both of us.  I will write more when I RETURN!!!!!

SPRING IS IN SIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

This is what I have been waiting for.  It's beautiful here in East TN today......If I could kiss the sunshine.....I would.   These crocus are blooming in my yard.

Blue Dishes....

I bought these at an antique store last week in Knoxville.   Ice cream tastes so good from them.  I've already had a banana split.   The  dishes in my china cabinet are blue, so I think these will make an interesting addition.
